When you purchase or bid on an advertising placement, we collect:
• Public Advertising Information: Company / brand name, destination website URL, optional social handle, and uploaded logo/artwork. This information is publicly rendered on the 3D ship.
• Transaction Metadata: Transaction identifiers and payment confirmation statuses from Dodo Payments.
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. All payment processing is securely handled by Dodo Payments.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected information solely to:
• Display your advertisement and logo on the 3D vessel and in game activities;
• Maintain game leaderboards, survival stats, and Captain of the Boat tracking;
• Prevent fraud and ensure security across our platform.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share information with trusted infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service:
• Dodo Payments: For secure checkout processing and webhook verification;
• Supabase: For database hosting and real-time multiplayer synchronization;
• Vercel: For cloud hosting and edge serverless execution.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use minimal cookies and browser local storage strictly for session hydration, sound toggle preferences, and client UI state.
